Sue is responsible for maintaining the financial stability of our company, while ensuring our objectives are reached. She has been involved in commercial real estate for over 25 years.

Duke joined the company full-time in 2021, bringing with him a track record of 10+ years of real estate investment banking and development experience with successful closings valued in excess of $3.5 billion with a concentration on large, transformative, mixed-use development projects located in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan areas.
Previously, Mr. Fairchild was the Director of Finance at Weller Development Company & Sagamore Development Company where he was responsible for executing the underwriting and development feasibility of the Port Covington Development in Baltimore, and advising the executive team on matters of financing, venture negotiations, investment structuring, and investor relations. Mr. Fairchild played an integral role in facilitating and structuring the $233 million equity recapitalization with Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group in 2017, as well as the recent successful closing in December 2020 of $510M in capitalization for the 1.1 million square feet Chapter 1B development, $67.5 million in non-recourse financing for the existing venture, and spearheaded the TIF transaction for the recently closed $137.5M Series 2020 Port Covington Special Obligation Bonds.
Prior to Weller Development Company, Mr. Fairchild worked as a Vice President at the Greenwich Group International, where he assisted in executing and closing on transactions valued in excess of $2.6 billion. A sampling of Mr. Fairchild’s signature projects are as follows:
1. The Wharf, in Washington D.C. where he was the lead underwriter in assisting PN Hoffman and Madison Marquette in securing $220 million of institutional joint-venture equity for the 3.2 million square foot, world-class, mixed-use waterfront neighborhood. Phase 1 delivered in 2017 and encompasses 2 million square feet of office, hotels, shops, restaurants and residential space, as well as marinas, parks, piers and docks.
2. 1255 22nd Street, NW - Washington, DC, where he the lead underwriter and a key member of the investment banking team that assisted the ownership in securing $86 million in construction financing to facilitate the conversion/expansion of an existing office building into a 220,000 square foot development consisting of 197 luxury residential apartments with ground floor retail.
3. Rivergate, in Woodbridge, VA, where he was the lead underwriter and a key member of the investment banking team that assisted the IDI Group Companies in securing $73.8 million in construction financing for their 402-unit initial phase of the Rivergate waterfront apartment community overlooking the scenic Occoquan River.
Hunter joined the company in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing the company’s development activities, acquisition opportunities, and all areas of project finance. Mr. Fairchild received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Real Estate & Infrastructure from the Johns Hopkins
